Terms of Service for PII Guardian

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

This document outlines the terms regarding the sale and use of the NorrexIT PII Scanner software asset ("the Software").

1. Asset Sale

The Software, including all source code, documentation, and intellectual property, is offered for sale as a complete asset. The terms of the sale will be governed by a separate, definitive purchase agreement executed via the Acquire.com platform.

2. License

The Software is proprietary. Use of the code is subject to the terms of the license agreement provided with the source code and the final purchase agreement. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

3. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"AS IS" PROVISION: THE SOFTWARE AND THIS DEMO WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LIABILITY CAP: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. General Provisions

Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Stockholm.
