Terms of Use for PII Guardian

Effective Date: August 27, 2025

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing this website or using the demo, you agree to these Terms. The demo is intended for B2B evaluation. Individuals may browse the site. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if acting for an entity, that you have authority to bind it. You must comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.

2. Demo/evaluation license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the demo solely to evaluate redaction capabilities. Use only synthetic or obfuscated data; no production use. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

3. Prohibited uses

• No reverse engineering beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• No scraping, load testing, or security testing outside the demo scope.
• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

4. Ownership & feedback

PII Guardian, its software, and all related materials are owned by the seller or its licensors. Third-party components are licensed under their respective licenses. You grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback you choose to provide.

5. Asset sale; support

Any acquisition of code/IP requires a separate definitive purchase agreement (e.g., via an escrow process on a marketplace). Until such agreement is executed, no commitments or warranties are made. No support or SLA is provided unless expressly set out in the definitive agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The website, demo, and any materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee results or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and, where permitted, exclude liability entirely. If a limitation is not enforceable, our aggregate liability shall not exceed zero (0). Mandatory consumer rights, if applicable, are not affected.

8. Export control & sanctions

You will comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws (including EU measures) and will not access or use the software in violation of such laws.

9. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden with exclusive venue in the District Court of Stockholm, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
